Nancy Pfaffle
VP Insurance Operations
Ms. Pfaffle has been with ACIG since 1991, and is responsible for regulatory compliance and insurance operations. Her insurance expertise lies in underwriting and policy administration. She is also in charge of the new employee selection process and onboarding specifically focused on the unique skill of managing, mentoring, and motivating employees. She has led and participated in many internal taskforces including system development, implementation, and operational excellence. Mrs. Pfaffle holds a bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University in Arkansas and also holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
