William Charles Construction Company - First Runner-up
Risk Management Department The William Charles Construction Company has developed specific initiatives to identify and evaluate it's risk exposures in construction projects with the goal of ultimately reducing the company's cost of risk. These initiatives included the risk assessment process, avoidance techniques, claims management, surety programs, and owner and contractor prequalification programs. They have resulted in a significant reduction in the company's experience modification over the four years it has been in place. Congratulations to the William Charles Team.
