Fall Safety/Claims Workshop
The Fall Safety/Claims Workshop was held September 16-18, 2009 at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.
The meeting kicked off Thursday with a Keynote Address by Steve Halverson, President & CEO of The Haskell Company. Two member contractors co-presented on The Incident Investigation Process and Ronn Lehmann discussed Breaking the Code: Moving from Safety Compliance to Safety Commitment. Concurrent Sessions were filled with current hot-topics in the industry.
On Friday, the Steering Committee report was delivered by Rick Maursetter of Duininck Construction – MN, followed by an open forum featuring the always relevant Dr. Stephen Dawkins. David Miguel concluded with a hard-hitting presentation on “YTEFAS for Dummies”.
Our Spring Workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, April 20-22, 2010. Hope to see you there!
