Quality Built® Third-Party Quality Assurance Program

Quality Built provides preferred pricing to ACIG members for the range of its quality assurance services directed toward mid and high-rise residential construction.  The array of available services are as follows:

1. Technical Plan Review (two levels of service available)
2. Review of full scale mock ups and ASTM E1105 window-wall testing
3. Progress Site Observations/Documentation
4. Technical Training (QBIN based or Field Representative)
5. HVAC Diagnostic Testing
6. QB Closure Link (PDA-based)
7. Documentation of HOA Inspections / HOA Turnover (two levels of service available)
